Why use Cynheidrefawr Crème de la Crème?

Cynheidrefawr Creme de la Creme

Choosing the right stallion for your mare can be a difficult decision. So much to think about, however, we have you covered.

Cynheidrefawr Creme de la Creme passes on his kind and trainable temperament to all his offspring. We have had so much wonderful feedback about his babies, they have been so easy to handle and to start their ridden careers.

We love the fact his foals have gone on to enjoy a variety of disciplines, from Eventing to Dressage, to enjoying being a ridden pony. However they have all gone on to be a close member of the family too.

Being 14.2hh he is perfect for both smaller mares, as well as larger mares too. His largest foal ‘Fourseasons First Edition’ has grown to 16.1hh (out of a 16.2hh Hanoverian mare.)

Being a Cremello, Creme passes on one set of dilute genes to his offspring, ensuring a range of colours from Palomino through to Buckskin. (Final colour is dependant on mare colour genetics too.)

He also boasts an excellent fertility rating, great for those trickier mares.

What colour will Crème produce?

What colour foal will you get, if you use our stallion Cynheidrefawr Creme de la Creme?

Creme is a Cremello, this means he has two sets of dilute genes; and one of these sets he passes on to his offspring. This dilute gene produces Buckskin, Palomino etc

The final colour is also determined by the Mare’s colour genetics, and the colours she is able to produce. However the foal’s colour will always be one of the dilute colours.

Crème’s competition record

Crème was placed in the top 10 in his first Premier League show, and has also enjoyed top 10 placings at regional finals consistently, whilst working up through the levels. He won the Medium BD Native Pony Championships in its first year of running.

Fourseasons Moon Shadow

“I have had my lovely Fourseasons Moon Shadow aka Stellar for nearly four years. I saw Stellar’s ad on Facebook even though I didn’t follow Fourseasons stud at that time. I was instantly drew in by her kind loving face. I wasn’t looking for a horse but, my mum and myself knew we wanted her part of the family.

I haven’t owned a horse from a yearling before, so when the time came to back her I just winged it a bit! It took a while to get a saddle; but, we did lots of bareback riding in the arena, I even took her cross country schooling and rode her bareback there, she was a star. She was the easiest horse to start and has been hacked in hand since a yearling as well.

We have focused the past year mainly hacking and I have just started to introduce a little more schooling. We did our first fun ride last year, a beach ride and we love going on the Mendips. Stellar is fab to load, she practically loads herself and is such a bright intelligent girl who loves hacking and seeing the world. Don’t get me wrong if you want stellar to do something you have to ask her politely, but once we are more established as a ridden partnership and our trust continues to build I know that we will be friends for life.

I lost magic my beautiful horse magic in 2018 and stellar some how has helped me heal just a little bit. She has a beautiful nature, knows her own mind and loves food! I hope this year to do some pole work clinics, hopefully some shows and just have fun together.”
